Ordering questions

What types of payments options do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

When will my payment be processed?

As soon as your order is placed, your payment will begin processing. A confirmation email will follow shortly after confirming payment.

How do I change or cancel an order once it is submitted?

If you need to make any change to your order, we will do our best to accommodate you.  Please contact us with your order confirmation number and desired change within 24 hours of your order being placed. If done after the 24-hour period, then exchanges can be handled by returning the item once it has been received.

For a Made to Measure orders, we are unable to cancel or make any changes once the order has been placed.

How is sales tax calculated?

All purchases that are shipped outside of the state of New York are tax-free. Given that BESPOKEN is a New York based company, items over $55 that are shipped within New York will be charged 8.875% sales tax.

Is my credit card information safe on your website?

BESPOKEN has put in place various procedural and technical measures to try to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, which provides security while information is being sent over the Internet. While we implement these security measures, you should be aware that 100% security is not always possible. See Privacy Policy for further details.

Can I check my order status?

Yes, once you login to your account, you’ll be able track your order. Additionally, you’ll receive a email notifying you of your shipped goods with the tracking number.

Shipping questions

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding major and national Holidays.

All orders received by 6PM EST on business days will be processed and shipped within twenty-four hours. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once order is processed, please allow 2-5 business days for Fed Ex Express delivery. For Made-to-Measure orders, please allow approximately 3 weeks for Fedex Express delivery.

How can I track my order?

You may track your order through your shipping confirmation you’ll be emailed. On it, it will have your tracking number. As a registered user, you could also track your order on this site by going to My Account.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we are only shipping within the United States.

What are your shipping fees?

BESPOKEN is pleased to offer free shipping on all items.

Return/Exchange questions

What is your return/exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, unaltered full priced items with receipt and tags attached within 14 days of purchase.

Note for any Made-to-Measure orders, we are unable to return your item for a refund. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase so we are committed to work with you to get it right.

How should I ship my return/exchange?

To complete your return please pack and seal box securely. Include a completed return form and the item in its original package if possible. Please note that Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted with a completed Return Form.

You will find a pre-printed Fed-Ex label in the package containing your purchase(s), which can be used to return your item(s) if you choose to do so. You can drop off your return at any Fed Ex location, and track your return package through www.fedex.com.

When will my credit card be refunded?

As soon as the return is received and processed, it will take up to 72 hours for your card to be refunded.
