Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding major and national Holidays. All orders received by 6PM EST on business days will be processed and shipped within twenty-four hours. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once order is processed, please allow 2-5 business days for Fedex Express delivery.

Returns

Here at Bespoken, we take pride in the use of the finest goods with uncompromised craftsmanship and quality. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality garments. When something is constructed out of the finest hand picked materials we feel you should appreciate and enjoy it as much as we do.

Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, unaltered full priced items with receipt and tags attached within 14 days of purchase.

Note for any Made-to-Measure orders, we are unable to return your item for a refund. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase so we are committed to work with you to get it right.

To complete your return please pack and seal box securely. Include a completed Return Form and the item in its original package if possible. Please note that Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted with a completed return form.

You will find a pre-printed Fed-Ex label in the package containing your purchases, which can be used to return your item(s) if you choose to do so. You can also drop off your return at any Fed Ex location and track your return package through www.fedex.com.

We only process returns and exchanges that were purchased through www.bespokenclothiers.com. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to the store in which it was purchased.

Exchanges

We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase pending availability. If you need to exchange your purchase, please send the item(s) using the pre-printed label found in your box. Please specify on your invoice what item you would like to exchange and size needed.
